Mission Statement
The St. Lucie Professional Arts league's mission is to advance, enhance and sustain the cultural and artistic
life of our community, The League works to develop cultural awareness and to provide increased opportunities
for community access to the arts.
St. Lucie Professional Arts League also acts as advocate for the arts at all levels, and promotes quality,
professionalism, and diversity in the arts. The groups goals are to develop a professional roster of artist;
to encourage networking among artist and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas; and to promote
exhibitions of member's work.
Meeting are held the 4th Friday of the month at 1:00 PM in the Morningside Library in Port St. Lucie,
October through April.

Membership
Membership is open to artists and all those interested in the arts, but voting privileges are reserved for
professional members. A professional artist is one who creates originals works of art within an artistic discipline
on a regular and ongoing basis, and is pursuing that art to obtain the highest level of professional recognition,
